Life is like a tree
you begin at the roots
slowly learning and growing
always being influenced
by what's around you
once you feel tall
and strong
you begin to branch out
splitting paths
making tough decisions
to better suit your needs
once your old enough
you being to protect others that you care about
become a home for others to run to
love and watch all around you
learn everything you can
then slowly
die and whither
as your soul becomes one
with the earth again
